This dining table chair is the result of design and craftsmanship. We strive to simplify the wooden structure, while still focusing on detail and finish.

We focus on the craftsmanship of our chairs – rather than the design. The idea behind the dining table chair stems from a desire to challenge the strength of wood, a quality which is repeated in many of Noyer’s products.

The dining table chair was originally made as a prototype in the Danish TV program: “Danmarks Næste Klassiker”, where the end result after three weeks was a different and extravagant dining table chair.

Since then the dining table chair has undergone several revisions. This model has the same basic construction as the original model, but has been stripped of all unnecessary elements.

Description

The chair has high seating comfort and is also a very light chair, which in terms of construction utilizes the high strength of triangles. It allows us to use slim and light profiles while still achieving extremely high strength. That’s the thing about wood – if used correctly, the strength is completely unsurpassed.

The dining table chair comes in two models. One has a seat in cold foam, upholstered in Hallingdal fabric, which is a durable and high-quality material. The other has a seat in cold foam, upholstered in black aniline leather. This type of leather patinates incredibly beautifully.
